We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of arrival/purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with any item that you have bought from us, you are welcome to return them to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Items returned after this time will NOT be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you at your cost unless agreed otherwise.
Goods must be returned back in the condition they were sent in and must be packed properly and returned unmarked.
Returned items must be in brand new condition with no sign of wear or tear with all original packaging and garment tags still attached.
You have a duty of care over the garments until they are received by us.
We will NOT refund or exchange goods that we cannot re-sell.
RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE
Please contact us before returning items for an exchange to ensure that your requested size and item is in stock.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchases credit card for the amount paid minus any postage costs.
RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
The sale of goods act 1979, an item is deemed faulty if it is damaged or a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident or occurs within an reasonable amount of time of fair wear and tear.
Where possible items will be repaired or replaced for the same product, the same size and colour(where possible).
The following cannot be deemed as a technical fault and will not be credited
- Decorative adjournments and beading coming off
- Leather peeling
- Sole detaching in case of extraordinary or excessive use.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
